Alas, I find myself wracked with sorrow and pain
finding myself bereft of joy
Only time will tell and I must refrain
from giving up as a child would a toy
When life sends you to the deepest places of the mind
it’s important to know that there are others who care
Look for it and you will find
that what was once bad will seem to look more fair
Even at it’s worst, life has something to show
the deepest sorrow will eventually evolve into something sincere
Eventually, this will pass and your mind will go
into a time where all will be well
