Dark Star has brought us Chapter Five of "A New Life: Memories West Coast".
The Story Lover has finally released the long awaited Chapter Seven of "Hearts Across Space" in which Patrick gets to do something "explosive".
He also brings us Chapter Nine of "Dragon Earl" and you will either love it or hate it. TSL has also headed for the hills.
Akkentia has brought us Chapters Twenty Three and Twenty Four of "Ark" and Chapter Twenty Four is an amazing piece of writing.
Multimapper has been very busy and he brings us Chapter Twelve of "A New Door Opens", Chapter Eight of "Camp Little Eagle" and Chapters Forty Two and Forty Three of "Frontier".

A New Life: Memories West Coast has returned with Chapter Four from Dark Star we learn more about Kalen's Father.

Akeentia has also brought two more Chapters of ARK and they need to be read there are some very interesting things occurring.

NEW AUTHOR WITHIN ANNEX SERVER! FIRST UPDATE FOR 2007!
It gives me great pleasure to welcome Julien Gregg to the hallowed halls of the Annex's servers. Julien brings with him a formidable range of fresh stories, including the popular "Storyville" chronicles, a set of stories all set in the fictional town of Storyville.
Julien's works can be found at juliengregg.acannex.us and please, leave feedback on the Jeff's Fort Board Reader Discussion Board for him.
As a side note, the long awaited chapter 8 of Memories: Down Under is nearing completion. I apologise for the hefty wait, but unfortunately, real life caught up with me, and I had a rather large fine to pay for trying to escape. Keep your eyes on this space!!

I'M BACK PEOPLE! UPDATES TO TWO CSU STORIES. NEW SPIN-OFF TO MEMORIES AND GFD.
That's right, I'm back. A lack of time and energy resulted in the inopportunity for myself to keep this site maintatined as I wished, but I thank TSL for once again stepping into the position and keeping the Annex as it is as you see it now. And now onto the updates:
Memories Part II Chapter 9 is now up and ready for your enjoyment. See how things go as the Clan visit Ark en masse. *SHUDDER*
ARK Chapter 14 is also up, and is the extension to the above update.
Suggested reading order: ARK, followed by Mem II.
ALERT!! A new spin-off / tie-in between "Memories" and "Gone From Daylight" (As seen at Comicality's 'Shack Out Back') is now live at AC's Corner Cafe. This new story, titled "Memories: Dark Vacation", is a collaboration between the Fort's own Jeff P. and ACFan, and is a celebration to the grand opening of the 'Gone From Daylight: The Blood Bank' website. Be sure to check it out.
On another note, extensive cleaning out of the site archives / spring cleaning will begin soon, and will hopefully speed up the loading of pages on the site. Also, I now welcome any suggestions for improving the site's layout.

Wow..... that took some work. Just so's you know, you need to read Memories and Sentenced to Life BEFORE Memories: Down Under. Otherwise, you WILL get lost.
On another note, I have just discovered that the first 38 chapters of One Door Closes are incorrectly linked. This is due to the author changing the navigation paths. I will endeavour to rectify the situation in the coming days. Also, although the chapter update list is updated, a few stories aren't updated in their chapter navigation pages. Simply visit the story's homepage to get the updated chapters, and I will try to update all story listings.

In other news, the Extras Page is now open to all visitors. This page is where you will find all the many extras from the many stories within the Fort Family Sites, including all the CSU stories. ANNOUNCING THE TRIUMPHANT RETURN OF THE BOI FROM AUS!
Yes folks, I'm back and rearing to get into it again. As a status update, for those who have emailed me (apologies for lack of response, mobile phone internet connections are costly), Memories: Down Under is currently about 75% completed, and once the next chapters of Memories and Sentenced To Life have been released, it shouldn't be too long after that MDU 07 hits the web.
Also, in order to view this page and others on the site as intended in it's design, please download the Final Frontiers font.
Finally, a big thanks goes out to The Story Lover, who kept The Annex updated in my absence (Big *HUGZ*, you're the best) and to those who emailed and PM'd me on the Board enquiring into my absence. Due to a lack of broadband connection, my access was cut down to access at TAFE only, which was further impeded by a severe bout of the flu.

Happy New Year! I hope you are all well and not too badly affected by the excess chemicals in your systems (wink).
First things first, the latest chapter of 'Memories: Down Under' is now live and awaiting your audience. See what Sky's first full day at the Thomas Residence has to bring him.
Also, MultiMapper has done it again, with chapter 2 of his new story, 'A New Door Opens'. See what happens when Rory visits the Thompson house and what happens after Xain's attempt at restoring his muscular function.
Lastly, Wolfdancer87, whose poems can be found at AC's Cornercafe', has presented us with yet another story for the Clan Short Universe. 'A New Life' is the story of the Clan Short Universe set in San Francisco, California. Many boys will undoubtedly be recieving the help of the Clan in this area.
Many thanks to those readers who have helped me maintain this site, by pointing out mistakes I've made. Without your help, I doubt I would have even noticed.

Merry Christmas to all (It's Christmas there for you in the U.S., it's Boxing Day here, but hey, what are ya gonna do bout it??)
Lots of updates today. First of all, Jeff P has graced us with a new chapter of 'Sentenced To Life'. See what happens when you recieve a call from Clan Short.
Also, MultiMapper has provided us with Chapters 37 and 38 of 'One Door Closes'. See what Mona has to say to Brady, and find out what happens when Lawrence visits his brother in the hospital.
In addition, MultiMapper has a new story in the Clan Short Universe. In 'A New Door Opens', see how the boys from 'One Door Closes' help a boy confined to a wheelchair. This story looks to be yet another fine piece of work from MultiMapper.
Finally, the CSU Authors are pleased to welcome Akeentia to the fold. The author of 'Operant Unconscious Project' has joined the flock with his story, 'Ark'. See how the actions of Clan Short are seen by an outsider. This story has a great start, and we look forward to seeing more from Akeentia.
Finally, the last update is an aesthetic one. The site has undergone yet another minor visual refacing, making the site more streamlined and easy to read and use.
